Executive and Life Coaching
Many capable and successful people reach a point where the next step forward in life or career is not immediately obvious.

They may be performing well professionally but feel stretched thin by competing priorities. Others have achieved a level of success yet find themselves questioning whether the path they are on reflects the kind of life they ultimately want to build.

Executive and life coaching provides a structured space to step back, think clearly, and make intentional decisions about leadership, career direction, relationships, and long-term goals.
Who Coaching is For
Many of the people I work with in coaching are reflective professionals who are navigating complex decisions about leadership, career direction, and the kind of life they want to build.
Typical clients include:
-
professionals stepping into new leadership roles
-
entrepreneurs or business owners making strategic decisions
-
top performers evaluating career pivots or transitions
-
executives and managers balancing demanding careers with relationships and personal life
-
thoughtful high-achievers seeking greater clarity, accountability, and direction

My Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years working in the technology industry in software sales and manager roles. That experience gave me firsthand exposure to professional environments, hiring and termination decisions, leadership dynamics, and the realities of high-expectation workplaces.

In coaching, I combine that real-world experience with psychological insight and evidence-based frameworks that help clients clarify priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and move forward with intention.
Our work together often focuses on:
-
top performers evaluating career pivots or transitions
-
clarifying long-term personal and professional goals
-
evaluating career opportunities and leadership decisions
-
improving communication and managerial effectiveness
-
developing systems for time and task management, productivity, accountability, and balance
-
aligning professional success with broader life values

Coaching vs. Therapy
While there is overlap between the two, coaching is typically focused on forward-looking decision-making and performance, rather than treatment of mental health conditions.
For clients who are experiencing significant anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, therapy may be the more appropriate starting point. For others who are primarily seeking clarity, direction, or accountability, coaching can be an excellent fit.
During our initial consultation we can discuss which approach would best support your goals.

Getting Started
Meaningful careers and fulfilling lives rarely develop by accident. They are the result of thoughtful decisions, deliberate effort, and the willingness to periodically step back and evaluate the direction one is heading.
If you are navigating an important decision or simply want a clearer strategy for the next stage of your life or career, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to explore whether coaching might be a good fit.
